This week, on Classic Movies Live!, our hosts discuss the third sequel of the season, Puss In Boots: The Last Wish!
Releasing over ten years after the previous Puss in Boots, The Last Wish is a major departure from the rest of the Shrek franchise! Most obviously, the animation style is completely different from previous entries, but the storytelling and tone isn’t exactly the same either!
Is this new direction good for Antonio Banderas, Mike Meyers, and the rest of Dreamworks’ Darlings? Or is The Last Wish likely to be The Last Good Movie from Dreamworks? Tune in to hear our hosts’ thoughts!
