Smile 2 stars Naomi Scott as Skye Riley, a popstar preparing for her comeback tour a year after a horrific car crash takes the life of her boyfriend Paul Hudson (Ray Nicholson). Only days before the first show, Riley witnesses the suicide of Lewis Frigoli (Lukas Gage), who bludgeons himself to death while smiling. If you’ve seen the first movie, you’ll know that’s a classic case of “Tag! You’re cursed!”
The border between reality and fantasy fade as Riley reckons with her past, and the crushing responsibility of putting on the greatest show of her life. Now additionally afflicted with a demon that feeds on her insecurities, can Riley overcome the Smile Demon?
